30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and components that came with the product.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used personal care or grooming products.
  • Opened or used aftercare products, creams, or liquids.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent, we will cover the cost of the return or provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our return process.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the incorrect product was received.
